#2 Reserve

Founder’s Reservation holders made a reservation deposit of $20k by August 9th, 2024. Founding Reservation benefits include:

A Founders offering period before the Open offering period.
Priority position to submit offer on a Twin Coves community dock slip
Founder’s closing discount

#3 Pricing

February 7th, 2025

Founder’s Reservation holders will be issued a Twin Coves site plan of available homesites with the minimum proposed pricing for each property on February 7th, 2025 or sooner.

#4 Offer Timeline

February 14th, 2025

Founder's offering date is February 14th which will be in advance of the open reservation offering period in Spring 2025. Founder’s Reservation holders will submit a best and final offer for their preferred homesite on February 14th. Each Founder’s Reservation holder can submit offers on multiple properties (with order of preference indicated), but may only purchase one property per reservation deposit.

Homes may be released in phases. All reservation holders will have the chance to participate.

#5 Founder's Award

February 17th-18th, 2025

On February 17th you will be notified if your offer was accepted. Upon acceptance you will be presented with a pre-sale purchase agreement. On February 18th Founder’s purchase agreements will be executed and an additional $60k deposit will be due for a total non-refundable deposit of $80k.

As an official Twin Coves Founder now, you have found your lake coordinates.

Homes may be released in phases. All reservation holders will have the chance to participate.

*Site plan and floor plans may be subject to change as a result of entitlements and final plat approvals

*Twin Coves homes may be broken into multiple releases or phases. Under any release scenario, all reservation holders will have the opportunity to participate.

*If a reservation or offer is not implemented for a particular property, that property may be made available in subsequent releases or presented to interested buyers directly.

*TwinCoves homes may be broken into sub-phases for construction and planning for contiguous closings and occupancy enjoyment. Sub-phase estimated release and start dates will be stated upon Award date.
